Spring-Under for 1986-1995 Toyota Trucks
The spring-under conversion for 1986-1995 Toyota trucks addresses the fundamental constraint that limits every factory leaf spring setup: the spring is mounted above the axle, which shortens effective spring length and limits how much arch you can run. Moving the spring below the axle adds 7\” of usable length and opens up 17\” of free arch — producing 8-10\” of droop from static ride height and up to 19\” of total wheel travel.
This kit is specific to 1986-1995 Toyotas. The mounting geometry and bracket dimensions are specific to this chassis generation — not interchangeable with the 2005-and-up or Tacoma kits.

Springs: Deaver, Ordered Separately
Leaf springs, bushings, and U-bolts come from Deaver Spring Co. and are not included. Deaver builds to your loaded weight and application, so the spring rate is matched to how you actually use the truck. Call Deaver with your spring length (64\”), estimated loaded weight, and use case and they will build the right pack.
Shock Upgrade Path

Installation Notes
