Coil-Over Mounting for the 2WD Super Duty Long-Travel Build
The 1999-2007 Ford Super Duty and Excursion 2WD engine bay presents specific coil-over mounting challenges — battery, brake booster, A/C compressor, and air box all compete for the space where the shock mount needs to go. The GIANT MotorSports Super Duty Engine Cage is designed around those constraints: the detachable cross member allows full access to all four without removing the cage.
Fully bolt-on — no drilling, no welding to the engine bay structure. Compatible with gas 5.4L and V10 engines in the target year range.

Diesel Compatibility Note
Diesel Super Duty trucks (7.3L and 6.0L Powerstroke) can use this cage but require significant accessory relocation — the turbo and intercooler plumbing occupies space the cage cross member needs. Call 714-265-1450 before ordering to map out what needs to move on a diesel.
Body Lift Incompatibility
Does not work with a body lift. The mounting geometry assumes the factory body position relative to the frame. If your Super Duty has a body lift, call before ordering.
